Challenges Faced: Regular burnout of the 100 Hp Motor at regular interval. It Was observed that the existing Electric motor had performance issues considering the sizing of the winding gauge given. Appropriate repair was carried out and the Electric motor was set right for the given application Impact: IIT wanted to monitor the performance on a continuous basis and requested VEMC to depute a person on daily basis to record performance VEMC introduced Kirlosmart to monitor the performance of the pump set without any human intervention . VEMC had offered this solution on a Demo basis for the period of 1 month VIJAY ENGINEERING AND MACHINERY COMPANY
