Introduction As faculty at the Indiana University Graduate Program in Health Administration, we are committed to education. We not only believe in education in the classroom but also the community. As practitioners in health administration, we are committed to shared learning. It is a great opportunity for us to make this presentation to the Indiana Rural Health Association members and guests. Through this presentation, our intent is to advance the performance of rural healthcare provider organizations by considering ethical challenges and solutions in a tough healthcare delivery environment.
