  3. Şi s-au dus acolo, sus, Ca să facă un concurs. După ce s-au organizat, Iată ce au constatat:

  4. "Câte doi dacă ar sta, Unul loc nu ar avea Şi-ar rămâne-nsingurat Pe la râul lui Mailat.

  5. Iar de-ar merge-a doua oară, Patru pe o sănioară, Ar rămâne liber, iară, Un loc şi o sănioară..."
