No problem! Drop it off and we'll call you the same or next day with the results. How long does the diagnostic take? About 60 minutes for Mac diagnostics, or end of next day depending on our queue. However, If you're bringing an iPhone or iPad they're diagnosed immediately. iPhones are repaired same day. Do I need an appointment? No. You can walk in any day we're open to get a free diagnosis.
