Terms of reference for the WHO Collaborating Centre for HSR & QA/I • The national coordinating body for the development of HSR & QA/I • Carry out relevant research of national priorities • Support integration of HSR and QA/I into the managerial process • Provide technical support for capacity building in HSR & QA/I and their institutionalisation • Identify & disseminate best practice in HSR & QA/I & to facilitate access to bibliographical resources • To transfer the above-mentioned experiences & expertise at inter-country, regional & global level
