Project Compass Learning Process Communications Direct Employees to the PC Website Establish Your Learning Path Project Compass Learning Path Tool Employee’s Suggested Learning Path • Confirm the suggested learning path by reviewing Course Designs in the Course Catalog. (Employee) • Agree on learning path and pre-go-live priorities. (Employee with Manager)
Super User Webinars, Open Houses, and Workshops • Since much of our training is Distance Learning, we expect that learners may want an opportunity to talk to a subject matter expert about what they’ve learned. • Super User Webinars - Pre-arranged webinars where the Super User reviews key points from the courses, and leads a question and answer session • Super User Open Houses – Pre-arranged “open house” events where learners may drop in to ask their questions in person. At the Open House, the Super User may also run demonstrations. • Super User Workshops (ad hoc, local) - Some Super Users may additionally want to conduct a local workshop for smaller groups of employees within their area. • The Project Compass change management team will proactively schedule and support Webinars and Open Houses. • Local Super Users may arrange for Super User workshops as desired.
