  1. Book Groups

  2. We will not be reading a book together, but rather we will be reading books in groups • I have 3 books on the Kindle to choose from • If you and a few other students would like to chose a different book, the book must be approved by me and you need to have that book at school on Friday. The Remainder of the Year

  3. Search the following titles • Locked in Time • Zen and the Art of Faking It • Locked Down • Anne of Green Gables • Alice in Wonderland • The Wonderful Wizard of Oz • Fill out the Google Form to rank the books in the order of your preference Do Some Book Research

  4. Scan to Pick Your Books

  5. Now that you have your groups, open up iCalendar • Look through your book (number of pages/chapters) • Divide up the book into 4 sections • Pick 4 dates to have meetings about these 4 sections • Make sure to put these dates and page numbers into your iCalendar/iWestwood Group Set Up

  6. One person in each group to write down the following and turn it into Mrs. Wegwerth: • Title of Book. • All group member’s names. • Meeting dates • Assigned page / chapter numbers for each meeting Tasks For Today

  7. Go to Mrs. Wegwerth’s website, under the “Bridge” tab, to see the directions for each meeting See Mrs. Wegwerth’s Website
