May 2012 Updates: Before they are ready for bed, lets have some active fun together!. Hahgoot is now officially in her size 6 clothes (she is almost 6.5 years old) while Alma, who is only turning 2 in August, is already in her size 2 clothes!.

  1. May 2012 Updates: Before they are ready for bed, lets have some active fun together! Hahgoot is now officially in her size 6 clothes (she is almost 6.5 years old) while Alma, who is only turning 2 in August, is already in her size 2 clothes!

  2. Lotem sent Hahgoot inflatable balloon hands for Yom Ha’Atzmaut, and I taught the girls the fine tradition of the holiday: bashing your fellow countrymen in the name of independence! Hard to explain if you didn’t live in Israel for a while...

  3. The girls love dancing together to CDs or TV and sometimes make up their own music (Alma is indicating she can hear the didgeridoo)

  4. Hahgoot’s “flying lessons” are always popular

  5. Unorganized mayhem is the best way to go!

  6. Sometimes I set up the scene before the girls arrive: Here I organized the room like a sea with two pirate ships, so when they woke up on the weekend they could dive into action!

  7. They loved it!

  8. To relax from all the fun and games, the girls enjoyed a bubbles bath

  9. PJs and cuddles and we are ready for bed! On the right, Hahgoot is actually surprised as she didn’t understand Alma’s gestures when she tried to hug her. Hahgoot has very limited ability to read non-verbal cues, which leads to many misunderstandings and quarrels, as Alma isn’t talking fluently yet and uses gestures a lot.

  10. Ah, bliss, peace and quiet for a few hours... Well, until Misty starts miaowing and Alma starts her nightly journey to our bed... In our next presentation: Hahgoot’s progress!
