  2. Námsstofa – þjónusta við íbúa. • Öll aðstaða og þjónusta sem veitt er á Námsstofu er íbúum Skagastrandar að kostnaðarlausu. • Aðeins þarf að gera samning við Námsstofu og þá fá nemendur lykla að húsnæðinu og ótakmarkaðan aðgang að öllum búnaði og þjónustu.

  3. Hvers vegna Námsstofa? • Nútímaþjóðfélag krefst aukinnar menntunar. Því er mikilvægt að gera menntun aðgengilega fyrir alla, án tillits til búsetu og efnahags.

  4. Markmið: • Að efla menntun. • að kynna fjarnámsmöguleika. • Að jafna aðstöðu til menntunar.

  5. Búnaður og aðstaða: • Fimm tölvur, með þráðlausri nettengingu. • Fjarfundabúnaður. • Aðstaða til fundahalda. • Kaffistofa. • Aðstaða til fyrirlestra. • Aðstaða til minni námskeiða. • Leiðbeinandi til aðstoðar við námið.
