  3. Objective Details of experimental units (size of plot..) Raw data and Results Basal Conditions (previous crop, soil type, cultivation, seed Rate, spacing..) General information (crop condition, disease/pest attack..) Details of Treatments & Design adopted Data includes info on:

  4. To take the results from lab to land for adoption by farmers Advantages to Extension Workers

Advantages to Agricultural Research Scientists : Undertaking studies relating to critical summarization of results of past experiments Evaluation of efficiency of designs adopted and suggest alternate method of analysis etc. Providing requisite data to students majoring in Ag. Statistics for their thesis work

  6. Information System has three major components • Data Creation • Data Processing • Information Retrieval

Retrieval of data can be made on one key or on combination of keys (as indicated in data entry forms) Retrieval of information can be in full - as experiment with info on all divisions or in part - as combination of divisions The package has been developed using HTML, JavaScript and JSP with SQL server as database AFEIS – A Computer Package for storage & retrieval of data
