  1. Accessing the Academic Library’s online databases from off-campus • When you click on the link to a database that you would like to search, you will be prompted to log in through the proxy server. This is to authenticate you as a student, faculty, or staff member of Arizona Western College and allow access to the database. • The following screens will demonstrate how to log in. • Click on each screen to advance the tutorial. • To exit the tutorial, just close the window.

  2. If you are unable to gain access, contact the Library’s Reference Desk by email library@azwestern.edu, or by phone 344-7777. Please make note of any error message you are getting so that you can tell the librarian verbally or copy and paste it into your email. This will help the librarian troubleshoot potential problems.
