History • Elementary school: Plains • Middle school: JFH • High school: BHS • I attend BHS. • I am in 9th grade. • My favorite class is PE because we play basketball. • My least favorite class is Spanish because it is hard.
Strengths • I am good at soccer and basketball. • I enjoy playing basketball. • I like to use my hands when I do projects.
Friendsand Hobbies • My best friend is Chris. • In my free time I play with my RC truck and PS2/PS3. • I play PS3 with Josh. • We both enjoy shooting people.
Parent/Student Comments and Concerns • I am worried about failing Spanish.
How My Disability Affects Me in the Classroom • My disability affect me in class because of my hand writing, I don’t study for test and I for get to turn my homework in on time.
Effects of my disability • My disability effects my learning in: • Spanish • Handwriting • Study for test • Turning home work in time
Social & Emotional • I get along with my classmates because most of them are my friends. • I don’t like school. • I get along with my teachers and the school staff great because I like them.
Transition • I want to go to college. • I am going to try to pass all my classes. • I plan to save up money. • I want to get a car when I turn 16.
Employment • I work for Lohr construction. I have done that for 2 or 3 years. • I enjoy my job because I work with my dad and I get to buy whatever I want.
Instructional and related services • Keep passing grades in my classes.
Community Experiences • Participate in 4 out of 5 leisure activities.
