ANPI SIP Long Distance Package ANPI SIP Long Distance includes calling to the contiguous U.S. and 37 other countries at one low price. It also offers toll free calling throughout the U.S. Businesses choose the bundle of minutes that fits their calling needs and enjoy the security of a fixed monthly cost for long distance and toll free service. • Businesses may have one user or hundreds of users; capacity is only limited by the available broadband. If additional capacity is needed, ANPI also provides business-class broadband.
Burstable SIP Trunking The ANPI Burstable SIP Trunk option is available with any ANPI SIP Trunk and provides businesses with assurance that communications will not be impaired by a spike in demand. Although you may have ordered a defined number of SIP trunks, the ANPI Burstable SIP Trunk allows for the number of calls to exceed the provisioned capacity by 25%. The ANPI Burstable SIP Trunk is available with either unlimited local calling only or unlimited local and long distance calling. It is an option added to the ANPI SIP Trunk and available on either a native SIP or PRI with IAD connection.
Installation Steps • Step 1: Your account coordinator will: • Contact you to review your order. • Confirm installation timeline and milestones. • Facilitate acceptance of services. • Build your order with ANPI. • Step 5: Once implementation is completed your account coordinator will: • Review your services with you to ensure we’ve “got it right.” • Main point of contact for service needs through first bill. • Review your first full invoice with you to answer any questions you have. • Transition your support to customer care. • Step 2: Your implementation engineer will: • Work with your designated technical contact to review your phone and LAN set up. • Confirm the technical details for implementing your ANPI services. • Step 4: Your test and turn up technician will: • Work with your phone and LAN vendors to transition services. • Our 2 step process*: • Install and test your ANPI IAD, verify connectivity, make test calls and confirm Internet connection. • Migrate your local telephone numbers and services to ANPI. • Step 3: Your provisioning specialists (if applicable) will: • Order your broadband and equipment. • Secure a date to migrate your local telephone numbers and 800 services.
