KCC Junior Cricket Coaching (Jan - Mar 2013) <Revised> • Please fill the form in block letters. • For non-members, payment to be made in advance by cheque to “Kowloon Cricket Club” and post to “General Office, Kowloon Cricket Club, 10 Cox’s Road, Jordan, Kowloon” before start of any coaching sessions. • No boots with studs/spikes are permitted. • No refunds will be given for any lessons missed by players. • The lesson may be cancelled due to bad weather or typhoon signal no. 3 or above without any refund of fee – please check the KCC Outdoor Sport Facilities. All participants attending do so at their own risk. The KCC or organizers will also not be responsible for any loss of property during the coaching sessions. I agree that my child when present at any coaching session will abide by the rules, regulations and bylaws^ of the Club and will obey the instructions of the staffs of the Club.
