  2. Biblical women are concerned about the heart because it matters to us what God sees and what God thinks

  3. Biblical women are: strong women with soft hearts.

  4. EPHESIANS 4: 17-18 “…..you must no longer walk as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their minds. They are darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them DUE to their hardness of heart.”

  6. Your heart is the causal core of your personhood

  7. Our hearts can be: Hard or soft like flesh Troubled or cheerful Dark or full of light Deceitful or pure Anxious or peaceful Hateful or loving

  8. 1 PETER 3:1-6 Likewise, wives, be subject to your own husbands, so that even if some do not obey the word, they may be won without a word by the conduct of their wives, when they see your respectful and pure conduct. Do not let your adorning be external – the braiding of hair and the putting on of gold jewelry, or the clothing your wear – but let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God’s sight is very precious. For this is how the holy women who hoped in God used to adorn themselves, by submitting to their own husbands, as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord. And you are her children, if you do good and do not fear anything that is frightening.

  11. Holy women are separated unto God in heart and conduct. Holy women have hearts that belong to God. Holy women hope in God.

  14. Our heart-attitude and our outward conduct can either: Draw others toward or away from Christ. Adorn or revile God’s Word.

  15. Where do you put your hope? Any answer other than “in God” will eventually wreak havoc on your heart and in your relationships.

  16. HOW DO I HOPE IN GOD? Hope is often translated trust. To hope in God is to trust in His Word And to trust in His character.

  17. God’s promises are certain and when we hold fast to the hope of the Scriptures we have strong encouragement.

  18. BEHOLD YOUR GOD! POWERFUL GENTLE MAJESTIC WISE ETERNAL

  19. What is the end result when you hope in God and trust in His Word? A gentle and quiet spirit and victory over fear.

  20. Today’s biblical woman is a woman who has a gentle and quiet spirit and doesn’t give way to fear because she hopes in God.
