  16. 15. De ‘Zilveren Economie’ “De veroudering van de samenleving is een kans voor de arbeidsmarkt en de EU kenniseconomie, de lidstaten en de regio’s. Het is een kans voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe opleidingen, diensten, innovatieve producten, ICT. Dit is de ‘Zilveren Economie’. Recente berekeningen in Duitsland tonen aan dat een proactieve aanpak 900.000 jobs zou kunnen opleveren.
