Working towards a coherent solution • If we collaborate more closely and more or less follow a common strategy across the university when we make decisions regarding VC systems, we could make an effective use of everyone’s investments and effort - In the short run, it is always faster to implement facilities independently but it is more likely to run into higher cost in the long term, both in terms of support and re-discovering the discovered • QOS and RSVP needs more work WatITis | Strengthening Collaboration | December 8, 2009 | Videoconferencing at UW- KoorusBookan
