  1. Order Tracking Extension User Manual Provide order tracking functionality to your customers in their My Account section with Magento 2 Order Tracking Extension. This extension helps you to build better relationships and better your user experience with your customers.   2. 1.Extension Installation Guide Go to My downloadable products. The file that you download will generally be a zip file. Use FTP client (such as Filezilla, WinSCP, CuteFTP) to upload or copy all folders in the zip package to your Magneto site root folder. This will not overwrite any existing files, just add new files to the folder structure. Open Command line in folder root of Magento and run following command respectively: ophp bin/magento setup:upgrade ophp bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy ophp bin/magento indexer:reindex ophp bin/magento cache:flush Navigate to Stores/Configuration, if you can see the extension tab, it is installed properly. If you need professional help regarding Magento Extension Installation, feel free to contact us at any time. 2.Configuration Once you have successfully installed the extension, go to Stores  configure the extension for use.  Configuration to Order Tracking: Enable/Disable the extension from here. Bluedart Setting: Enabled: Enable/Disable the shipping carrier from here. Licence Key and Login ID: Here you need to add the licence key and login ID of the shipping carrier.   3. Delhivery Setting: Enabled: Enable/Disable the shipping carrier from here. Shree Tirupati Courier Service Setting: Enabled: Enable/Disable the shipping carrier from here. Trackon Couriers PVT LTD Setting: Enabled: Enable/Disable the shipping carrier from here. The Professional Couriers Setting: Enabled: Enable/Disable the shipping carrier from here. 3.Shipment Creation from Backend Once the customers orders any product from the store, admin will create shipment and adds the shipment tracking to shipment from backend.   4. 4.Order Tracking from Backend The admin of the store can view the tracking information in backend order view detail page. “Track Order” would appear and on click of that button, the real-time tracking information is displayed in a separate window.   5. 5.Order Tracking from Frontend Once customers places the order they can track their order from their My Account section in frontend. In My Orders page of customer they will get option of “Track this shipment.” On click of that, they will see the real-time order tracking details in a new window Magento 2 Order Tracking Extension © MageComp.com

  6. 6.Deactivation of Extension in Case of Emergency: Manually delete all the files and content from following folders in your Magento root: var/cache/* var/session/* Make sure you’ve uploaded all files from the downloaded package. Go to app/etc/config.php and find Magecomp_ordertracking => 1 and Replace with Magecomp_ordertracking => 0 Then repeat step 1, and if something goes wrong, please contact us at support@magecomp.com 7.FAQs: What if I get “Access denied” error after installation of the extension?
