Magento 2 Reviews Import Extension by MageComp

According to statistics, 70% of customers turn to read reviews or ratings before making their mind to purchase a product. Because customers are more likely to purchase from a store if the product has more positive ratings and reviews. Out of the box, Magento facilitates customers to rate or review the product based on their satisfaction, but when there are numerous products it becomes a cumbersome task to add customer reviews to the respective product.<br><br>Magento 2 Reviews Import Extension by MageComp allows the store owner to import and export bulk product reviews using CSV file from store backend. The extension features to import reviews for multiple store products by specifying customer name, review title and detailed review in the CSV file.

  2. 1.Extension Installation Guide Go to My downloadable products. The file that you download normally is a zip file. Use FTP client (such as Filezilla, WinSCP, cuteFtp) to upload or copy all folders in the zip package to your Magneto site root folder. This will not overwrite any existing files, just add new files to the folder structure. Open Command line in folder root of Magento and run following command respectively: ophp bin/magento setup:upgrade ophp bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy ophp bin/magento indexer:reindex ophp bin/magento cache:flush Navigate to Stores/Configuration, if you can see the extension tab, it is installed properly. If you need professional help regarding Magento Extension Installation, Feel free to contact us any time. 2.Configuration Once you have successfully installed the extension, go to Stores  navigate to Review reminder and configure the extension for use.   3. 3.Backend Reviews Using the store backend grid, you can easily add, edit or remove product reviews. Also, you can perform some bulk actions on product reviews like approval or deletion. 4.Product Reviews on Store Frontend Once you imported product reviews and ratings from the store backend, you can see all the imported reviews and ratings on respective product page of the store frontend as shown in image.
