HOW TO make your province Eye See…Eye Learn Friendly! ESEL is a program that was designed to raise awareness of government, parents, teachers and other providers about the importance of eye health and the strong correlation between vision and learning.
Let’s see the results! • 452 children were examined (44%) • 84% of the children were > 60 mos. of age • 6% were prescribed spectacles • 8% were diagnosed with a binocular vision/accommodative problem • 14% of the children were identified with some form of a vision problem

Is the support full or conditional?
