  2. MB-3 LED fixture. Temperature range: -40 F to +122 F. This fixture is a 1:1 direct replacement for low bay and high bay 250 Watt and 400 Watt HID fixtures with mounting heights 15' to 30'. Available in 4000K or 6500K lamp color. There are 3 adjustable light bars to direct the light where it is required. Standard input voltage 208 volts to 277 volts, 120 volts and 480 volts units are available. 160 Watts total consumption at 10,730 lumens. This unit comes automatically blue tooth enabled and can communicate with optional web based software called LightRules – see video link above. An integral occupancy sensor is installed and can be set via LightRules or without the software via dip switches from 30 seconds to 30 minutes or always on.  This fixture can also be dimmed from 100% to 1% via LightRules software or dip switches.

Available in 6500K lamp color. There are 3 adjustable light bars to direct the light where it is required. Standard input voltage 208 volts to 277 volts, 120 volts and 480 volts units are available. 160 Watts total consumption at 10,350 lumens. This unit comes automatically blue tooth enabled and can communicate with optional web based software called LightRules - see video link above.   4. HB-18 LED fixture. Temperature range: -40 F to +122 F. A 1:1 direct replacement for high bay 400 Watt and 1,000 Watt HID fixtures with mounting heights 40' to 80'. Available in 5000K lamp color. There are 3 adjustable light bars to direct the light where it is required. Standard input voltage 208 volts to 277 volts, 120 volts and 480 volts units are available. 230 Watts total consumption at 18,000 lumens. This unit comes automatically blue tooth enabled and can communicate with optional web based software called LightRules - see video link above. An integral occupancy sensor is installed and can be set via LightRules or without the software via dip switches from 30 seconds to 30 minutes or always on. This fixture can also be dimmed from 100% to 1% via LightRules software or dip switches.

  5. HB-26 LED fixture. Temperature range: -40 F to +122 F.A 1:1 direct replacement for high bay 1,000 Watt HID fixtures with mounting heights 40' to 110'. Available in 5000K lamp color. There are 3 adjustable light bars to direct the light where it is required. Standard input voltage 208 volts to 277 volts, 120 volts and 480 volts units are available. 350 Watts total consumption at 26,000 lumens. This unit comes automatically blue tooth enabled and can communicate with optional web based software called LightRules - see video link above. An integral occupancy sensor is installed and can be set via LightRules or without the software via dip switches from 30 seconds to 30 minutes or always on. This fixture can also be dimmed from 100% to 1% via LightRules software or dip switches.

MB-3 fixtures mounted at 17 feet These four LED fixtures replaced four 400 Watt metal halide fixtures MH lamps burn at 750 degrees each heating the air you’re cooling MH freezer fixtures cannot be turned off because of the long warm up time to re-ignite. MH freezer fixtures burn 8,760 annual hours LED fixtures perform better in the cold and have integrated occupancy sensors LED fixtures are instant on. The sensors on these fixtures are set at 3 minutes then turn off if there is no movement under the fixture The on-board computer reported 900 annual hours Energy Savings = 90% ROI = 6 months Freezer at 8 degrees F
