  2. HCL TSS HCL TSS stands for HCL Technologies’ Training and Staffing Services. It is an in-house training and staffing division subsidiary company of HCL Technologies. Its objective is to build a trained and skilled workforce through its various training and hiring programs. It offers a guaranteed job at HCL Technologies with a fixed salary of Rs. 2.5 lakh p.a. on successful completion of course.

  4. A Brief About Program HCL TSS’ leap program is a self-paid training program initiated by HCL. It helps to develop technical and on the job skills in the aspirants. It provides a comprehensive classroom and on the job training of 3 months each in major cities of India at genuine fees. During on-the-job training, they give you a stipend of Rs. 5000 p.m. They place candidates in HCL Technologies after completion of the training program and offer a reward of Rs. 50000 at the end of 3-year tenure.
