Workshop Intent • Making connections with our daily jobs and National Professional Standards • Building our tools of reflection and evaluation of our daily practices/ jobs/tasks in our school • Creating opportunities for professional conversations • Building capacity in our middle managers/team • Linking daily practices with standards and portfolios for teacher registration.

7. الهدف من التعلم: القدرة على جعل الروابط بين المعايير المهنية والمهام اليومية التي نقوم بها في مدرستنا أكثر عمقا من خلال جعلها روابط عملية وتطبيقية.(اليوم نتعلم ) • هل سبقوشعرت أنك منهمك ومغمور بالمعايير المهنية؟.

8. Let’s break it down • List 4-6 tasks you have done in your job over the last week. • Make a brief note of these tasks on the top of the worksheet. • Connect these to the standard titles. List five tasks you did in your job in the last week. • Share with another member of the group why you chose this standards title to link your task to.
