Tips to make the most out of Castaway Cay • Get off the ship as soon as you are allowed and go to the family beach for a good spot. The water is clear for snorkeling at this time, later it gets murky. • Ask the servers if they have any 2-for-1 cocktail specials • Cookie’s BBQ usually opens at 11:30 (although the soda fountains are working before that). Try to eat right then, and bring your trays out to your lounge chairs on the beach! Go to the food line at the far right. • Floats by mid day get abandoned and are then free for you to use! • Bring your own sand toys and snorkel gear, they are expensive on island although they have really cute Castaway sand toys for sale • Servers walk through and offer to sell small soft coolers filled with soda or water…a decent investment • The perfect family day: Spend the morning at the family beach, have lunch at Cookie’s as a family, then the kids go to the kids club, the teens go to the teen beach, and the adults go to Serenity Bay! Heaven.
