  1. STRUCTURES AND STRATEGIES-FUTURE DEVELOPMENT NEEDS After completing the 6 week training programme, interim re-tests showed that the pass from G to C/F in the attacking phase had improved. K.ANDERSON 2011

  2. These interim and final tests also showed that my weakness was still the lay-up. A final knowledge of results showed that I had only performed 4/10 F.B’s successfully. • Internal feedback indicated that the lay-up was mainly ineffective as the C/F could feel that the action was uncomfortable and did not flow. K.ANDERSON 2011

  3. As a result of this, I then created a 6 week training programme designed to specifically improve my lay-up. I completed 1 hour sessions 3 times per week. • I monitored this programme using internal/eternal feedback, interim re-tests and through assessing my achievement of goals. K.ANDERSON 2011
