  2. A 74 Y/O female with large right breast mass measured 5.5 x 4.5 x 4 cm .

  3. Comedocarcinoma of the breast with invasion?

  4. Clinging Ductal Carcinoma in situ( Carcinoma ):- Characterized by one or two cell larger confined to the periphery of the involved spaces.- Two histologic distinct lesions :

  5. A:1. High grade nuclei , 2. Central necrosis may be evident 3. Such lesions are examples of poorly differentiated DCIS .

  6. B: 1. Smaller and more uniform cells , with low grade nuclei2. Characteristic of low grade DCIS .3. Cells are columnar 4. Not universaly recognized as DCIS . spectrum of ADH ?

  7. A 34 Y/O female with cystic lesion of left breast measured 4 x 4 x 3 cm , wall thickness of cyst varied from 0.2 to 1 cm

  8. Metaplastic carcinoma

  9. Metaplastic Carcinoma Pure squamous Carcinoma - Rare- Usually large (3 to 4 cm )- Central cystic cavity lined by malignant squamousepithelium- Prognosis : controversial- Acontholysis: poor outcome ( may confused with angiosarcoma )

  10. Invasive ductal carcinoma with vascular invasion
