Diagram of Arabidopsis genes and T-DNA insertion or transposon tagging mutants. Exons (filled boxes) and introns (lines) for each gene are depicted. Northern blotting detected no transcript of expected size for the disrupted gene in these knockout mutants. Mutants for CDKC;2 and CYCT1;5 exhibited enhanced resistance to CaMV (+), whereas mutants for the other four CYCT1-like genes did not have such resistance to the virus.
