Example of Argon m/z 40 successive V-mode runs, high loadings start in r2349:
Possible fixes (in no particular order): • Don’t use that mass, manually use another • May need separate ToDo waves for high and low mass loadings • Peak search factor • Changes the window where it searches for the peak • Change the value of Delta for that mass • Adjusts the number of points it tries to fit • Filter Bad Parameters in Step 4 • Find a threshold that you think defines the bad fits • Choose replacement method • Interpolate • Repeat last good fit • Use logging (from DAQ, probably not recommended for most apps) • Make sure “# runs where fit = nan” is zero before you hit ‘End’
