Maintenance • Removed See Saw and Balance beam from Castlewood • Replaced landscape contractor due to poor performance • Contracted for mulching of Castlewood & Applewood parks, medians and falling leaf entrance • Replace one tree at Applewood park • Installed plants and splash rocks at Castlewood building • Contracted for repairs of Castlewood Park Building with Hardie Plank siding and new exterior lighting • Added split rail fencing behind Applewood park • Falling Leaf entrance Flag replacement • Castlewood Swing replacement & repairs • Installed 2 ceiling fans at pool gazebo • Repaired Falling Leaf sprinkler system • Contracted for pump replacement at pool • Volunteers pressure washed playground equipment and sidewalk • Volunteers removed damaged tree at Castlewood Park • Hung PARKING FOR RESIDENTS ONLY, NO TRESPASSING and NO DUMPING signs January 30, 2007
