What is your personality? • What type of person am I? • 1. How we interact with the world we live and where we direct our energy (Extraversion/ Introversion) • 2. The kind of information we naturally notice (Sensing/ Intuition) • 3. How we make decisions (Thinking/ Feeling) • 4. Whether we prefer to live in a more structured way (Judging- making decisions) or in a more spontaneous way (Perceiving- taking in information).
Extrovert/ Introvert • Most people think that extrovert means “talkative and introvert means “shy”. • Extroverts focus their attention and energy on the world outside themselves. Seek out others, center of attention and are approachable.
