  5. How to hire a contractor? First, when hiring a contractor be sure they are licensed and fully insured. A good contractor should guarantee their work and give you an accurate estimate of the costs to complete the job. The contractor should also give you an estimated time of completion for your project. Finally, remember to always check at least three references when hiring a contractor.
