Aims and Objectives • The aim of this course is to provide you with a tool that can be used in any situation in which you have to identify scope of work for the project and how that work will be done. • It is not however, in place of your current client working practices but will add to your ability to work efficiently and effectively. • Objectives- By the end of this course you will • Understand and be able to demonstrate principles of indentifying scope of work • Identified how you may use this knowledge in your day to day work.
