  2. What is Agora? A few months ago, we launched Agora, which is a business that is run by all stakeholders through our website. In other words, we give an online community, that anyone can join, the ability to make all the key decisions in the business (e.g. they decided what product to produce, how to produce it, they will co-create the formula, packaging, sales strategy, etc… ) They even decide what to do with the profits. Agora is essentially an experiment to see if an online community would be capable of acting as the CEO and how this would impact on the company and society at large.  We hope by this mean to create a more ethical company that reflects the values of society.

  3. Our current landing page is “ Run the Business” where all the decision for the business are made.

  4. The first item that appears is a pop up that explains the idea – we would like to redesign the pop up so that it is visually nicer – we would like to receive here your proposal for the redesign

  5. Notifications - 1 When the user clicks on his notification, the list appears. However, it is not easy for the user to close this list and continue on the website. The only way he can close it is by clicking again on the notification icon on the top. Because there is no cross or anything, users find it hard to close it. We would like that if the user clicks anywhere else on the screen it closes it as well. This is the only place the user can click to make the close the notifications and continue browsing the website.

  6. Notifications - 2 We would also like that when the user has clicked on his notifications to see them, the red sign with the number of notifications is set back to 0. So that he doesn’t have to delete them himself. At the moment some user just have 30 notifications, which lead them to simply ignore them. You can see here the number of notifications that the user has. At the moment unless he deletes the notifications one by one, he will have an increasing number of notifications. Could we set it back to 0 once he clicked.

  7. Notifications - 3 We would like users to receive notifications when someone comments on one of their submissions, or comment after one of their comments. Currently users receive a notification when there is a new submission but not if someone comments on of his submissions.

  8. User profile - 1 At the moment when a user clicks on the profile of someone else it is not well displayed. The elements are not aligned. Could we make it look like when a user see his own profile. When a user clicks on his own profile When a user looks at the profile of other user

  9. User profile - 2 We would like that when the user clicks on his rank, he has access to a page that displays the top 50 community members ranking. Create a link to a page explain the points system

  10. User Profile - 3 We would like users to be able to choose a number of different notifications. At the moment they can choose to receive a newsletter email. We would like them to have the option to choose to receive an email every time there is a new decision, someone comments on their submission/comment, get an email when a news is posted, etc…

  11. News - 1 Whenever there is news that has not yet been read by the member who comes to the website, there appears an icon highlighting that there is new news (in the sidebar) 2 1

  12. News - 2 Allow users to like and comment in the news section on any news story.

  17. Run the Business - 2 We currently have 3 types of decisions that we can choose from in the back end: Upcoming, Submission and Voting. And we would like to add 3 types of “decisions”: Main News, Key Discussions, and On Going projects (They would be displayed like a normal decision except that it would be without a timer)

  19. Run the Business - 3 At the moment the order of the decisions are determined by when they close and are automatically sent to archives. We still like to keep the counter for Upcoming, Submission and Voting, but we would like to be able to choose which one appears first in the back end.

  20. Run the Business - 4 When we click on a tab (e.g. finance,…) and the finance decisions is not at the top of the list of decision is does not appear before we click load more. I would be great if it automatically loads more if there is no decisions above in that tab, to make sure the users doesn’t think it’s empty.

  21. Others: • Allow email log in – At the moment the user can log in using his username and password. We would like to make it possible for him to log in with email or username (in case he can’t remember his username) • It seems that our linked in and facebook log in is not working

  22. Snapshot New landing page that gives an overview of what is going on in the business at the moment – it should be automatic – every time we upload a new news article, it is uploaded to the snapshot Weekly product sales: we would upload it on a weekly basis in the finance section and this graph should source it from there
