  3. Stripped hyena Appearance • three different hyenas • rough skin • messy hair • some long hair some short • females weight more and are taller Brown hyena Spotted hyena

  4. Eating habits • eats dead animals • eats same as other meat eaters • wildebeest, zebra gazelle, topi, buffalo, large fish • eat large animals if in a group • large to small animals.

  5. Behavior or Other Interesting Facts • pregnant for 110 days or 4 months • two per hyena litter • Could snap a bone in a second • Have a habit of digging in graves • One of the predator is a strange hyena.
