  3. AIMS OF THE NETWORK To facilitate the monitoring of AIDS, Treatment and Research efforts. To improve donor co-ordination on community projects To involve and empower communities in projects that affect them Provide feedback to policy makers thus ensure effective and effecient multi-sectoral approach to community projects.

  4. Specific Objective Promote bottom - up approach to information gathering, organisation, classification and its presentation on community projects Capturing & documenting best practices. Promote multi-sectoral exchange Cross reference to other institutions / communities
