Web Site Registration • In no event shall WebMD, its licensors, its suppliers, or any third parties mentioned on the WebMD Site be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury/wrongful death, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use of or inability to use the WebMD Site or the Content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not WebMD, its licensors, its suppliers, or any third parties mentioned on the WebMD Site are advised of the possibility of such damages. WebMD, its licensors, its suppliers, or any third parties mentioned on the WebMD Site shall be liable only to the extent of actual damages incurred by you, not to exceed U.S. $1000

Web Site Registration • WebMD reserves the right (but is not obligated) to do any or all of the following: • 1.Record the dialogue in public chat rooms. • 2.Investigate an allegation that a communication(s) do(es) not conform to the terms of this section and determine in its sole discretion to remove or request the removal of the communication(s). • 3.Remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive, or that otherwise fail to conform with these Terms and Conditions. • 4.Terminate a user's access to any or all Public Areas and/or the WebMD Site upon any breach of these Terms and Conditions. • 5.Monitor, edit, or disclose any communication in the Public Areas. • 6.Edit or delete any communication(s) posted on the WebMD Site, regardless of whether such communication(s) violate these standards.

Web Site Registration eBay: • While using the Sites, you will not: • ･post content or items in an inappropriate category or areas on the Sites • ･use the Sites if you are under the age of 18 • ･fail to deliver payment for items purchased by you, unless the seller has materially changed the item's description after you bid, a clear typographical error is made, or you cannot authenticate the seller's identity • ･fail to deliver items purchased from you, unless the buyer fails to meet the posted terms, or you cannot authenticate the buyer's identity

You acknowledge that we are not a traditional auctioneer…We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for items, or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles…If you object to your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not use our services.

9. But personal attacks are a direct violation of this Agreement and are grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the Service.

11. Web Site Registration New York Times: • NYTimes.com reserves the right at any time to charge fees for access to portions of the Service or the Service as a whole. However, in no event will you be charged for access to the Service unless we obtain your prior agreement to pay such charges. • You may terminate your account at any time by sending e-mail to: cancel@nytimes.com. Upon termination, you will receive an automated confirmation via e-mail that the request was received, and your access will be suspended within 24 hours. You are responsible for any and all charges incurred (for products or services purchased) up to the time the account is deactivated.
