Development and production development of a new line of precision stamping mechanical presses with rated force up to 2500 tons • This project is to develop at OJSC Kuzlitmash the production of precision stamping mechanical presses with rated force up to 2500 tons. • Objective of the project: • organization of high-tech productsmanufacturing; • manufacturing of products with high export potential (up to 80% of products are planned to be exported); • production of new equipment for the republican market, which has not been previously developed and manufactured. • Investment amount: 21,1 million USD. • Duration of the project: 2020 – 2023

Technical characteristics of the project • The presses differ in the following characteristics: • the presses belong to the heavy class (the closest domestic analogues have a force of 4000 kN with a crank drive and 16000 kN with a knuckle-joint); • the presses have increased rigidity and durability; • high precision of the produced forgings is achieved by elongated slider guides; • drive clutch is equipped with a shock-free system; overheating during operation is excluded by the configuration of the nodes, ensuring an optimal heat dissipation without the use of liquid cooling of the friction elements; • the presses have the ability to quickly remove the jamming; device quick change and easy setting stamps; the possibility of equipping with means of mechanization and automation, etc .; • The control system is based on a programmable controller with the possibility of active monitoring and diagnostics from the visualization unit. • The listed opportunities of the press allow identifying it as a product innovation for the market of the Republic of Belarus.

Infrastructure • Railway and car access: • Belarusian Railway branch; • Republic-wide roads. • Availability of communications: • electricity grid; • water pipes; • gas pipeline. • Land and production areas: • availability of land; • Other infrastructure: • storage warehouses, logistics terminals; • possibility of further expansion of production and installation of additional capacity.
