JROTC & PHYSICAL EDUCATION • LEADERSHIP ED TRAINING 1 – 4 • HOPE – Required for GRADUATION • TEAM SPORTS 1 / 2 • BASKETBALL • WEIGHT TRAINING 1-3 This requirement may be satisfied with: • 2 Full credits of JROTC • 1year of Marching Band and .5 credit of Personal Fitness online • 2 seasons of a high school sport (JV or Varsity)

  9. WORLD LANGUAGES ~ CORE GPA • SPANISH 1 – 3 • SPANISH SPEAKERS 2- 4 • AP SPANISH LANGUAGE • AP SPANISH LITERATURE • Not required for High School Graduation. • MINIMUM 2 years of same language required for admission into ALL universities and for Bright Futures Scholarships.

  12. ASSESSMENTS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS • 24 CREDITS • 2.0 G.P.A. UN-WEIGHTED FOR GRADUATION • Complete 1 ONLINE COURSE • 40 COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS (Must be a NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION) • Must Pass 10th Grade FSA/ELA ASSESMENT • Must Pass Algebra I EOC

GRADUATION Grade Calculation TRANSCRIPT GRADES UPDATE AT THE END OF THE SEMESTER! • Courses are broken down into parts called semesters.  Semester grades determine whether the course is passed and credit is earned.  Each semester grade is made up of three grades: two quarter grades and the exam grade. Exam Waivers • If you get a “B” or better in the 1st & 2nd Quarter, you do not have to take the Mid-Term Exam. • The same applies for the 3rd and 4th Qtr. • UP TO 3 WAIVED EXAMS FOR EACH SEMESTER. • FALL SEMESTER & SPRING SEMESTER • DOES NOT APPLY TO AP COURSE MIDTERM EXAMS. * EOC COURSES DO NOT HAVE AN EXAM DURING FINAL EXAM WEEK.
