  2. Saint Francesco d’Assisi Saint Francesco was born in 1182 and he left his house and all of his money to follow his vocation for Christ. He started to diffuse the word of God and to help ill people. He wrote a canticle for all the creatures and for all the good things God gave us. He also opened many prayer centres and many faithfuls followed him.

  3. Laudato sie, mi’ signore cum tucte le Tue creature, spetialmente messor lo frate Sole, lo qual è i iorno, et allumini noi per lui. Et ellu è bellu e radiante cum grande splendore: de Te, altissimo, porta significatione.   4. Laudato si’, mi’ Signore, per sora Luna e le stelle: in celu l’ài formate clarite et pretiose et belle.

  5. Laudato si’, mi’ Signore, per frate Vento et per aere et nubilo et sereno et onne tempo, per lo quale, a le Tue creature dài sustentamento.

  6. Laudato si’, mi’ Signore, per sor’ Acqua, la quale è multo utile et humile et pretiosa et casta.

  7. Laudato si’, mi’ Signore, per frate Focu, per lo quale ennallumini la nocte: ed ello è bello et incundo et robustoso et forte.

  8. Laudato si’, mi’ Signore, per sora nostra matre Terra, la quale ne sustenta et governa, et produce diversi fructi con coloriti flori et herba.
