In total we have 8 single and 46 double studios, all with different layout and size, some of them with terrace and a nice view to Bellver Castle, all equipped with central heating, phone, refrigerator, TV, a kitchenette with 2 electrical plates and the corresponding kitchenware. At the reception, open 24 hours, you may rent safe-boxes, exchange currency and even take a drink in the bar, close to it there’s a cosy hall. In one of the terraces we have a swimming-pool (35m²), sunbeds for sunbathing and a nice view of Palma, suit back and relax in the roof top bar after a long day on the bike. The apartments are located in Joan Miro’s Avenue 5, near to Palma’s best night-life zone and, at the same time, close to the town centre, where you may go in a pleasant walk along PaseoMarítimo in about 15 minutes.
