  7. QoE FrameworkQuality Notions • Quality of Experience (QoE) lies in the subjective domain and is the quality experienced by an average person stripped of any usage context. It may be affected by the human factors intrinsic to the human behavior such as the psychological factors. • Quality of User Experience (QoUE) lies in the subjective domain and is the quality experienced by an average person considering the usage context. It may be affected by additional human factors considering the objectives of the person as a user. • Quality of Design (QoD) translates from the QoS given by the parameters measuring the application performance in the objective domain into the subjective domain through the application interface. • Fitness-for-Purpose (FfP) lies in the subjective domain of the customer considered as a group of average users in a given usage context. The FfP may be considered as equivalent to the QoCE, and may be part of Ng-SLAs dened in terms of task-oriented objectives. • Quality of Service (QoS) resides in the objective domain and is consistent with the denitions in ITU-T models. Only state parameters take part in the construction of the measurement function.
