ADDRESS MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES General Guidelines: Product Management–Address (PM-A) Will Focus on Overall Addressing Policy With Emphasis on Customer Needs and Business Needs,Strategic Policy, Objectives and Requirements Perspective. Address Management (AM) Will Focus on Address Technology Infrastructure, Development, Operation Execution and Management for External Customer Addressing Products and Services and the Address Management System (AMS) System.
ADDRESS MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES More Specifically, the roles/responsibilities are: Product Management–Address, unless noted by exception, is responsible for general addressing policy and regulations along with functional requirements and pricing for all external customer-facing address products and services. Address Management is responsible for the program funding, development, technical and operational execution, enforcement and support of these addressing policies, products and services.
ADDRESS MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Product Management and Address Management have created a collaborative working environment that leverages the strength of both organizations to ensure that both the needs of our customers and the goals of the transformation plan are met. Joint sharing of both operational and policy issue resolution will be the norm, rather than the exception.
