NI Direct Christmas deadlines We sent some of this information in our NI Direct newsletter, please usethis as the final version of our Christmas deadlines Supply Alteration Deadlines Call Centre Opening Times Changes to Invoice Delivery & Direct Debits • Your invoice week ending Sunday 23rd Dec will be delivered on Friday 28th December. • Direct debits for the invoice week ending Sunday 16th December 2012 will be collected 2 days later than usual on Thursday 27th December 2012 • There will be no further changes to invoice delivery and direct debit dates over Christmas Returns & Vouchers • Week ending 30th December - please make sure you leave your returns out for collection on Monday 31st Decemberso they are reflected on your next invoice • We recommend that over Christmas you securely return your vouchers to us by Monday of each week to ensure we process them as quickly as possible Times Literary Supplement (TLS) • This year TLS are producing a Winter Double issue for weeks of the 21st and 28th December. It will go on sale with you on Thursday 20th December, and will be recalled Thursday 3rd January . Invoice Queries • As usual you have 3 working days to query your invoice. Please note bank holidays are not included as working days.
