p= 6.92e-06 Outcome based on groups of tumors identified by hierarchical clustering Left side: Unsupervised Hierarchical clustering of 47 muscle-invasive TCC tumors resulted in the distinct separation of these tumors into 3 subclusters. One of these subclusters contained 11 tumors with very short overall survival (median 5.4 months) while the remaining two subclusters contained a mixture of both short and long survival tumors (median 16.7 and 19.3 months). This tumor dendrogram is identical to that shown in Supplemental data: Unsupervised.muscle-invasive.Right side: Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed significant association with outcome when performed based on these tumor groups.
