塑胶材料之 PBT. ---- 深圳市连科达科技有限公司. PBT 简介. 聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯，英文名 polybutylece terephthalate （简称 PBT ），属于聚酯系列，是由 1.4- 丁二醇 (1.4-Butylene glycol) 与对苯二甲酸 (PTA) 或者对苯二甲酸酯 (DMT) 聚缩合而成，并经由混炼程序制成的乳白色半透明到不透明、结晶型热塑性聚酯树脂。 PBT 塑料的注塑工艺 由于改性后的性能和用途级别相差很大，其加工工艺变数也很大，故应相应调整如下范围 :

  2. PBT简介 • 聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯，英文名polybutylece terephthalate（简称PBT），属于聚酯系列，是由1.4-丁二醇(1.4-Butylene glycol)与对苯二甲酸(PTA)或者对苯二甲酸酯(DMT)聚缩合而成，并经由混炼程序制成的乳白色半透明到不透明、结晶型热塑性聚酯树脂。 • PBT塑料的注塑工艺 由于改性后的性能和用途级别相差很大，其加工工艺变数也很大，故应相应调整如下范围: a、干燥：120℃ /6-8Hr 或 150 ℃/2-4Hr湿度必须小于0.03% b、注塑温度：225～275℃ c、模温：40～60℃

  3. PBT简介 • PBT塑料的特性与应用 • 一、PBT塑料的特性 1、机械性能：强度高、耐疲劳性、尺寸稳定、蠕变也小（高温条件下也极少有变化）； 　　 2、耐热老化性：增强后的UL温度指数达120~140℃（户外长期老化性也很好）； 　　 3、对水稳定性：PBT遇水易分解（高温、高湿环境下使用需谨慎）； 4、绝缘性能：优良（潮湿、高温也能保持电性能稳定,是制造电子、电气零件的理想材料）
