10. Immunization Amount: • Immunization Amount Insert/Delete as needed.

11. Immunization Manufacturer: • Immunization Manufacturer Insert/Delete as needed.

12. Induration Size: • IndurationSize Insert/Delete as needed.

13. Immunization Module: • Immunization Module Log on to Optimum Financials and click the Immunization Module.

14. Immunization Module: • Immunization Module Immunizations.

15. Facility Profiles: • Facility Profiles Expand the Facility Profiles folder.

16. Influenza Report: • Influenza Report Select one of the Facility Profiles and filter by unit, Include Discharges and From Date. The report can be printed

17. Client Profiles: • Client Profiles Select Client Profiles and Search for a resident.

18. Recording the immunizations: • Recording The Immunizations Double click the Immunization, Amount and Manufacturer. Enter the Lot and Expiration and any Remarks needed. When entering multiple immunizations, click the Insert button. Save before exiting the screen.

19. Recording immunizations: • Recording Immunizations Place the cursor on the Immunization field then double click the immunization from the table below (ex: Influenza). Double click the Date field and select the date that the immunization was administered. Place the cursor on the Amount field or tab over and double click the amount from the table below (ex: 15 cc). Place the cursor on the Manufacturer field from the table below (ex: Merck). Type the lot number in the Lot field and type the expiration date in the Expiration field and save.

20. Influenza Immunizations Report: • Influenza Immunization Report Click the Immunizations Facility Profile-Influenza Report. Select the Unit or All Units. Include Discharges, From Date and click the lightening bolt. Print.

21. Influenza Immunizations Report: • Influenza Immunization Report The report.

22. Test Results: • Test Results Select a resident. Click Client Profiles. Using the Insert button, enter the date of the test. Select the test performed from the Tests table (right). Click save. Should you need to delete a test which was entered in error, click the field to the right of the test in the column marked X.

23. Adding Tests: • Adding Tests To add tests to a client profile select the resident, click Client Profiles in the Test Results folder. Click the Insert button. Enter the date the test was administered. Select the Test from the table (right). Enter the Amount. Select the Induration from the table (right). Save. Should you need to delete a test which was entered in error, click the field to the right of the test in the column marked X.

24. Test Results Report; TB • TB Results Report Select the TB facility profile in the Test Results folder. Choose the Unit or All Units from the Unit Drop Down. Enter the date range for the test. Include Discharges (if needed). Click the lightening bolt. Note the legends on the right panel.

25. Test Results Report; Flu • Test Results Report Select the Flu facility profile in the Test Results folder. Choose the Unit or All Units from the Unit Drop Down. Enter the date range for the test. Include Discharges (if needed). Click the lightening bolt. Note the legends on the right panel.

26. Reports: • Reports Reports: TB Conversions/PPD Due, Immunization & Outbreak and Immunization & Major Diagnosis.

27. Pertussis Immunization Report Pertussis Immunization Report: Pertussis Immunization Report.

28. Pneumococcal Immunization Report: • Pneumococcal Immunization Report Pneumococcal Immunization Report.

29. Measles Immunization Report Measles Immunization Report: Measles Immunization Report.

30. Rubella Immunization Report Rubella Immunization Report: Rubella Immunization Report.

31. TB Conversion/PPD Due: • TB Conversion/PPD Due Enter the Test dates from/thru. Facility Code List/Ranges (blank=all). Include/Exclude Discharged Clients, Clients on BR/LOA. Floors/Nursing from thru. Services by physician (if desired). Sort by Resident Name, Floor or Physician. Run the report for Individual Client (if needed). The Induration Size must be equal to or greater than 11.

32. Immunization & Outbreak: • Immunization & Outbreak Enter the Date ranges, Facility Code/Ranges. Click OK.

33. Influenza/Pneumococcal Immunization & Outbreak Influenza/Pneumococcal Immunization & Outbreak: The Immunization numbers pull from the entries made into this module. The outbreak data comes from the diagnosis history as entered in ADT/Registration/Medical/Current Dx.

34. Patient Immunization & Major Diagnosis Report; Patient Immunizations • Patient Immunization & Major Diagnosis Report Click the radio button for Patient Immunizations or Major Diagnosis. Enter the Facility Code Ranges (blank=all). Include Floors/Units. Select Individual Physician (if desired). Include BR/LOA’s. Discharges; None, Include or Only. Click OK.

35. Roberto Gabriel: Pertussis • Roberto Gabriel; Pertussis Report.

36. Sally Brown: Pneumococcal • Sally Brown; Pneumococcal Report.

37. Jerry Lewis; Measles and Rubella Jerry Lewis: Measles and Rubella Report.

38. Patient Immunization & Major Diagnosis report: Major Diagnosis: • Patient Immunization & Major Diagnosis Report Click the radio button for Patient Immunizations or Major Diagnosis. Enter the facility Code Ranges (blank=all). Include Floors/Units. Select Individual Physician (if desired). Include BR/LOA’s. Discharges; None, Include or Only. Click OK.

39. Major Diagnosis: • Major Diagnosis Report The Major Diagnoses have been entered in ADT/Registration.

40. ADT/Registration: Medical: • ADT/Registration/Medical ADT/Registration-Medical Screen.
