STAFF • Abt. 30 persons of various specialities (hull, machinery, paint, electrical/automation) • Mainly Croatian staff with experience from Croatian shipyards and shipping companies • Extensive international experience (China, Korea, Philippines, Turkey, Greece, US) • Established good cooperation with Shipmax Marine (Dalian, China) for provision of Chinese national staff • Good cooperation with number of ship design offices in Croatia

COMPLETED PROJECTS • CONSULTANCY • Consultancy for Deltamarin (Finnland) related to hull defects on ferry “Marrakech” • Newbuilding consultancy in Shandong New Shipbuilding Heavy Industry(China) for Transmed (Greece) • UMAR 1 -5000t Chemical Tanker - Condition survey • GRAM CAR CARRIERS (Norway)– consultancy during development of newbuilding specification for 6700 PCTC including technical and contract negotiations with Jinling Shipyard (China) • AC SYSTEMS – expert inspection and report in anticipation of legal proceeding

SOME REFERENCE PROJECTS OF PROMARIS STAFF • Helix I Producer – Conversion of Train Ferry into Floating Production Unit for US owners– classproject manager, hull supervisor, machinery supervisor, electrical supervisor • Series of eight type 2 Chemical Tankers for Greek and Croatain owners – project manager, head of QC outfitting • Series of four type 2 Chemical Tankers for German owner – hull surveyor, head of QC outfitting • Kommandor 3000 - Conversion of RO-RO vessel into cable layer for Danish owners. Conversion included lengthening and widening of the basic hull with full installation of cable laying and storage equipment. Propulsion azipods installed. Dynamic positioning – class project manager and hull surveyor • Series of four Oil product and Chemical Tanker (15000 tdw) for German owners - hull/outfit/statutory supervisor • Container vessel 3400 TEU for German owners –hull/outfit/ statutory supervisor • Series of two Multi Purpose Vessels for German/Croatian owners – site manager, hull supervisor, machinery supervisor
