  3. Geography • Grand-Terre has low limestone formation • Basse-Terre is volcanic with mountains • The other 7 islands have volcanic orgins • Grand and BasseTerres 2 major islands • Marie-Galante is the 3rd major island

  4. Government • Guadeloupe has a democratic government. • Franck Perriez is chief officer • Dominique Larifla is president of Gen. Council • LucetteMichaux –Chevry –President of Reg. Council • Reigonal and gen. council are the legislative branch

  15. My Experience • Guadeloupe has been unlike anything. • The food was excellent! • I loved the shopping! • Guadeloupe is beautiful • I loved the fresh coconuts • The fresh bananas were sweet!
