  7. 1996 – Photoshop 4.0 • Adjustment layers and actions were added.

  8. 1998 – Photoshop 5.0 • New features, editable type and the History palette.

  9. 1999 – Photoshop 5.5 • Introducing Save For Web.

  10. 2000 – Photoshop 6.0 • The introduction of Vector Graphics.

  11. 2001 – Photoshop Elements • New complete image edition tool.

  12. 2002 – Photoshop 7.0 • New additions included healing brush and fully vector-based text

  13. 2003 – Photoshop CS • Better optimization for web images.

  14. 2005 – Photoshop CS2 • Red eye removal and Perspective tools added.

  15. 2007 – Photoshop CS3 • Graphic optimization for mobile devices.

  16. 2008 – Photoshop CS4 • Smoother pan & zoom allowed for fast drill down.

  17. 2010 – Photoshop CS5 • Introduction of advanced 3D options.
