  10. The Board requested a comprehensive review of the review processes and to determine if they should be modified to better serve the membership in today’s environment. Current system is NOT broken. A Sub-committee of committee members met in Chandler, AZ this past June to brainstorm and develop suggestions to enhance the process.

  11. Return the Review Cycle from five years back to four years • Move towards all Electronic Reviews, with some exceptions like special requests • Require all Review Data to be uploaded to the IFTA, Inc. Clearinghouse The committee will propose the following:

Develop a Review Sample Size range where the number of licenses registered in the jurisdiction determines the sampled number of the licensees and audits to review • Develop and provide online training programs for new or perspective reviewers as well as the jurisdictions under review • Focus the review process on compliance issues found in R1555
